Description

A refresher “must” for Real Estate professionals! Nearly every aspect of a Realtors® day involves communication. Conversations with buyers, sellers, brokers, and other agents are at the core of Realtors® interactions.

Poor communication with contacts could mean a longer sales cycle, tension with customers and colleagues, and possibly the loss of a contract. This course provides students with the ability to not only learn, but to practice techniques that are research based and field tested.
The material has been designed for fostering enhanced interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Realtor® experience. Highly relevant for agents at all stages in their career!
