The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers your commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers. The goal of the ABR® Designation Course is to establish a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer’s representative. Participants learn to:

  • Build a buyer- representation business
  • Value the services you perform on behalf of buyer-clients
  • Increase confidence to work toward a signed buyer representation agreement if written buyer representation agreements are customary in your market
  • Gain methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that buyers want

This two day course meets the core education requirements to earn the Accredited Buyer's Representative® Designation. Sabrina Brown

Sabrina is a highly accomplished and knowledgeable real estate broker, speaker, and trainer with 16+ years of experience in real estate. She is the founder of Pink Key Real Estate, a boutique brokerage in Fresno, California, emphasizing fair housing and first-time homeownership. Sabrina has become one of the area’s most trusted real estate professionals. She offers numerous training sessions and workshops that teach first-time homebuyers how to treat their purchase as an investment in their future.

Sabrina’s winning attitude and drive to help others have been catalysts for her career success, which includes several esteemed accomplishments such as being a recipient of the National Association of REALTORS® Fair Housing Champion Award. She is the founder of "Bridging the Gap to Home Ownership," a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing minority homeownership and sustainability. Sabrina is also a trainer for NAR's Bias Override, At Home with Diversity®, and Accredited Buyer Representative® courses.
