Real estate is a complicated, complex industry and career. Only the strong survive. Get the strength that only confident professionals have. This class will provide clarity on what must be standard practice in our industry.

Manuela Hendrickson has had her real estate license since 1994. She received her Broker's license and Instructor license in 2003 and has been actively involved in the real estate business ever since. She is currently the Designated Broker for Global Lifestyle Realty in St. Petersburg.
Manuela has been teaching for the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate since 2003, where she teaches all FREC approved courses from Sales Pre-licensing to Broker Post Licensing.

Florida licensees will earn 3 hours of Ethics & Business Practices CE Credit upon successful course completion. All REALTOR® attendees will receive credit towards NAR's Code of Ethics requirement.
