Have you just started a new career in real estate, but do not know where to begin? This class has been designed especially for the agent with less than six completed transactions. Here is a sample of the topics what we'll explore during this 2-day bootcamp:

* Home inspection basics
This is not just a lecture class! It is interactive with lots of learning exercises, group discussions, and more immersive learning experiences!
Instructor
Denise Oyler has been practicing real estate for the past 19 years. As a Florida REALTORS® faculty member, Denise has taught over 300 classes throughout Florida and has authored several CE courses. She is a licensed Broker Associate in three states - Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. In 2019 she was awarded REALTOR® of the Year by the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. In 2022 Florida REALTORS® awarded Denise Educator of the Year. Her passion is mentoring newly licensed agents. Denise believes everyone should be given the tools to help them reach their full potential.
