This two day course meets the core education requirements to earn the Seniors Real Estate Specialist^® Designation. There are additional requirements and fees associated with earning and retaining the designation. Click here for more information about the SRES^® Designation.

For nearly 25 years Jo-Ann has facilitated workshops and seminars in North America, South America, and Europe. An innovative and energetic speaker with strong business savvy and a bottom line focus, Jo-Ann has a proven ability to move her audience into action.

Ms. Sloan is a certified instructor for National Association of REALTORS®’ REBAC and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) courses and has coached and developed thousands of real estate professionals throughout the country.

Florida licensees will earn 8 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion. All REALTOR^® attendees will receive credit towards NAR's SRES^® Designation.
