The Foundations of Form Simplicity (2CE)

Description

Form Simplicity is a paperless real estate forms management program designed to help you manage your transactions. Form Simplicity gives you the tools necessary to have your office “in the cloud.”

This class will cover the basics of Form Simplicity: Setting up Preferences; Adding, Editing and Importing Contacts; Creating Folders and Uploading in My Files; Adding, Editing, and Previewing Clauses, Creating Forms Packages and working with the Blank Forms Library. The Form Simplicity products are available on all mobile devices, are accessible anytime, anywhere.

Objectives-After taking this class students will be able to:
• Identify the computer equipment necessary to run the Form Simplicity program
• Learn time saving configurations within the Form Simplicity program
• Keep your personal profile updated
• Set up email notification
• Create an email signature
• Import contacts 

Instructor: Kaz Cisowski is the Technology Trainer with Florida REALTORS® and has an extensive background in MLS systems, Transaction Desk and Form Simplicity, as well as the state-wide MLS system “MLS Advantage”

Florida licensees will earn 2 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
