Allyson Lewis, Founder and CEO of The 7 Minute Life, Allyson is also an author, speaker, trainer, and coach. For the last 30 years, she has spent more than 10,000 hours researching, writing, speaking, teaching, and training people on how to create more meaningful, purpose-driven lives.
