In this class, professionals will learn about the various types of government loan programs and how they can be used to increase sales. The four government loans focused on will be USDA (rural properties), VA (for our veterans), FHA (did you know there are 8 types?), and finally the FHA HECM, which is the safe type of reverse mortgage!
