Understanding the HECM for Home Purchase (2CE)

Description

This CE course will prepare Real Estate Professionals to market and sell homes to seniors, which will increase their total sales and commissions. This class focuses on FHA’s safe type of reverse mortgage called the HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage). This course covers three types of reverse mortgage and their uniqueness. Join us and learn how to separate myths from realities.

At the end of the class, Real Estate Professionals will be able to identify the homes that qualify for this type of mortgage, know what is allowed when writing a purchase contract, and be empowered to increase commissions while selling a home with about 50% down payment… and your clients will have no required monthly mortgage payments for life!

Florida licensees will earn 2 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
