Born in NYC. Relocated to Florida in 1998. Worked as Mechanical building Engineer in the WTC, First female in my department. Branched out into Property Management and acquired accreditation in B.O.M.I. as a System Maintenance administrator and Technician. Successfully active Real Estate Sales Associate License since 2005. Currently Property Managing several Residential SFH for individual Owners. Residential sales and listings add to my various skills as a Realtor. The technical skills that have been acquired has allowed me to also indulge in preparing properties for rental and sales.
