I have been a Pinellas County resident in the Seminole area since 1971. I've been in real estate over 15 years and have a Florida Broker's license under BARBARA KOYUTIS AGENCY. There are 4 licensed agents in my brokerage firm. Previously, I owned and operated my own insurance agency for 20 years in So. Pasadena, while also operated a real estate sales, investment, property management company. The real estate designations I have earned are: (DSP) Loss Mitigation Training Institute's Designated Short Sale Professional; (SFR) Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource; and the (ABR) Accredited Buyer's Representative. I also hold a broker's license in North Carolina since 1997.
