I value trust above all with my clients. That value came from a previous career as a Law Enforcement Officer. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I served as a police office/ detective for 34 years. As an officer, I learned the value of ethics, trust, and the ability to read and negotiate with people from all walks of life. Many of the skills that I acquired as a police officer/ detective have translated well in my real estate career. I am licensed in both Florida and Kentucky. This experience has given me an edge in representing my clients from my vast experience. Whether it has been representing a local power company in property acquisitions and sales, managing properties for several property management companies, or residential clients buying and selling homes, my skill set is well-rounded and ready to serve a wide variety of real estate needs.
