Hi. I’m Chuck Bachteler with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Properties Group. I love the real estate business and I am a full-time agent. In 2017 after 24 year of corporate experience in retail store distribution, store placement strategy and sales team management, I reinvented myself for sales in residential real estate sales and commercial tenant representation. I have been licensed since 2015 and have been in the Tampa Bay Area since 1978. There’s no place else I'd rather live than the Tampa Bay area and I think it’s a great place to own property and possibly one of the great privileges of life. I love this area with all the beautiful beaches, sporting events, festivals, restaurants we have here.
