Colleen hails from Cleveland,Ohio. She has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1998, but has been visiting the Florida Gulf Coast Since her early years. Colleen and her family spent every summer enjoying their second home on the Saint Petersburg beaches, making her knowledge of the housing market vast and familiar. Since moving to Florida in 1998 she got to know the area and locals by working in the travel and customer service industry while attending school After finishing school she decided she would take her people skills and eye for decorating to a field she loves, REAL ESTATE. She has grown very knowledgeable in the art of finding the perfect home for her buyers. She also has a passion for staging and design which helps when listing properties. She believes in working through every step of a sale from advertising, staging, negotiating, and quite literally every aspect in between, down to planning the actual move To your new home. She is a ” turnkey” realtor ! Colleen started out in a South Tampa based boutique realty, which put her in the position to gain experience and knowledge.
