Areas served: Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee and Hillsborough Counties Degrees: BSEChE, MBA, AAS Physical Therapy degrees Certifications: CNE certification, Broker Associate Background, education and training My past primary career in process engineering for the paper industry in the Midwest was all about analyzing data, and creating, presenting, and implementing many types of solutions to improve products and or reduce costs, interfacing with all levels of the organizations that I worked for. In 2010 I returned to college to enter a Healthcare field, and in 2015 moved to Florida to be a family resource. Throughout the years I had a hobby for fixing and flipping or holding real estate and associated rentals, along with land contracts and even one property swap! In 2017 I got my Florida real estate sales license largely due to a title problem with my primary residence and wanting to have knowledge of how real estate in Florida worked. It took me a while to determine that although I loved healthcare, trying to do both was less practical than I had previously thought and that this was another way that I could help people in whatever their real estate journey might be. I am proud of the relationships that I have built with people and the solutions that we have managed together. I would think most of my clients would say that I listen to what people do or don't say, and that I am committed and will go the extra mile, sometimes several. :-) I believe that my combined careers position me as a great resource for all ages and walks of life and would love to help you with whatever real estate need you may have.
