Don Killam is a Broker Associate who brings a wealth of experience combined with education to help his clients with their Real estate needs. A resident of the Tampa Bay area for over forty years, he knows the plusses and minuses of the different cities and neighborhoods, with sales of a wide range of property types. From luxury waterfront to vacant land, he can guide a buyer or seller through the different processes with skill and diligence. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, Don also has a Community Association Managers license. When buying or selling a property that is part of a condo association or HOA, it benefits his clients to be represented by a Realtor who is licensed to manage the association. He knows what to look out for in the documents and financials, as well as how to address the different issues encountered with management companies and boards. Don has several certifications that benefit clients, including Certified Negotiation expert, Military Relocation Professional, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative. He has a BA in business, operating his own business for over 30 years. When not working he enjoys sailing and scuba diving the Tampa Bay waters.
