I have specialized in wholesale, commercial, rental, and residential markets. These days my focus is primarily in the beach front communities,rentals and clients buying /selling needs. Living in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida for over 22 years, allows me the benefit of knowing the area, neighborhoods, schools, and most importantly the great community we live in. Because of my experience, I understand many factors affecting real estate transactions as a realtor in Pinellas County and Hillsborough County. Born in Cuba, raised in Miami, I completed a portion of my undergraduate studies while living in Orlando. I attained my business degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Because I have lived in so many cities in Florida, I have a good feel for the different markets in our beautiful State. I’m a mother of two smart and talented girls, Isabella and Sofia. I enjoy most sports and recently won the South Pinellas League in doubles tennis for 3.5 level of play two seasons in a row. I'm currently the Captain of the PADL team for St Petersburg Country Club. I play Softball in Gulfport for the Bark and Browse team and when time allows I play a little Volleyball too. Kayaking seems to be making its' way back into my life this summer. I have a competitive spirit in work and play.
