Jeff has deep roots in real estate; his family has built, developed, and sold properties in Southwest Florida since the 1920s as the owners of Stephenson Land Company. As a fourth generation Pinellas County Realtor and St. Petersburg native, not only does Jeff possess local expertise, negotiation finesse, and rapport with the agent community, but he also intimately understands every aspect of the properties he sells, from the foundation to the shingles (and everything in between).
