While at the University of West Florida, Clay maintained a full ride Cross County/Track scholarship and received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of West Florida in 1999. From here Clay work with Tech Data (large Fortune 100 company in the area) and moved quickly to become one of the youngest sales managers with the company. From here it was onto real estate and he never looked back. When not spending time with his lovely wife, 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter, Clay enjoys boating, spearfishing, triathlons and remodeling homes to their previous glory. The Pinellas Board of Realtors has recognized Clay for being in the Top 100 agents in Pinellas County and together with a team of other successful realtors and assistants sold over 60 Million in real estate sales in 2018 and was recognized with The Coldwell Banker Legends Society award.
