Kevin Cahill is the Co-Founder and CEO of the REALean residential brokerage and franchise brand. REALean is a national real estate franchise offering, registered and available in all 50 states. Kevin has been a Realtor since 1999, beginning his career in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Over the years, he has been a mega agent, an investor in multiple Keller Williams Realty market centers, and a Keller Williams Realty Team Leader, managing multiple offices Tampa and Sarasota, Florida. Kevin has been an executive with REALOGY, managing broker of multiple Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate (NRT corporately-owned) offices in St. Petersburg, Florida Kevin is the Managing Broker (or Designated Broker) of multiple REALean real estate brokerages in the states of Florida and Washington. Kevin is also a trainer, coach and mentor, and a writer of numerous books on real estate and leadership, including Truth in Real Estate, Gross Commission, The Best Option, and Real Estate Rulebook.
