Lonnie is a life long resident of the Tampa Bay Area. He has been living the last 30 years on the beaches of Pinellas county. Lonnie was a successful franchise owner of 78 Midas stores. During that time he developed extensive knowledge in commercial real estate and developement. Lonnie sold his business and began developing and investing in single and multi-family homes. His partner Jennifer, has a 10 year back ground in the mortgage business; succesfully owning her own mortgage brokerage business. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of what it takes to close the deal!
