Hi, I’m Matty Green, Your Realty Queen, and I am your local Palm Harbor real estate expert. What qualifies me to make such a statement? I have lived in the Palm Harbor area since my parents moved us here in 1974. Both my parents were REALTORS. Mom was in residential sales, and Dad was the VP of Land Development for a nation builder in the area. I have learned about the residential housing market from the ground up... literally! AND I have over 20+ years of banking experience, including loan sales, mortgage underwriting, and the development of a multi-state program for mortgage loan problem resolution. This gives me the skills and knowledge of what happens on the back side of a real estate transaction. There are very few realtors out there that have this type of training! As we all know, most of the time getting a transaction to the closing table depends on what happens with the lenders. I get my transactions closed.
