Maria Araujo’s motto “Ethical and Professional” is ‘who she is Maria Araujo was born in Santa Clara-Cuba, briefly moved to Caracas Venezuela and a year after to Trinidad – Tobago where she learned English. At age six her family moved back to Venezuela and years later, Maria would come to live in the United States. Maria’s parents, whom escape Cuba over 40 years prior, decided to move to the United States and Maria and her husband decided to also immigrated to the United States October 31, 2004 with their youngest son. In 2010, Maria participated in citizenship classes; she successfully completed them and was sworn in as a United States Citizen. Maria and her husband have owned a number of successful businesses throughout the years. In 2005, Maria and her family purchased their first home in the United States. This experience inspired her to become a real estate agent. Maria brings her vast business knowledge to her real estate practice. Maria is a member of the International Council of Real Estate Professionals at the Pinellas Realtor® Organization. Maria is continuing her education taking a number of courses to expand her professional knowledge; RSPS Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist Certification, as well as a SFR Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification. Maria remains proud of her heritage and has remained true to her roots and first language(.Spanish)
