Michael Alicea was born and raised in Upstate New York in the wonders of the Hudson before making the move to St. Petersburg, Florida. He enjoys the warm winters that the Sunshine State offers minus the snow and cold weather. He spent the past 10 years working in the human services field assisting individuals struggling with addictions. He now transfers his desire to help people to the real estate industry. He obtained his license and set his goal of assisting buyers, sellers as well as real estate investors complete their transactions as smoothly as possible. When Michael is not working he spends his free time on the beaches bordering the Pinellas County coast. When he is not enjoying the beach life, he loves to play handball as a member of the Pinellas County 3 wall handball team. He says “If you are thinking about moving to Florida…call him, if you are thinking of selling your home...call him, thinking of investing in real estate...call him. Just have a question, I’m here,call me.” Honest, hard working, and passionate are words that describe Michael’s approach to his real estate profession. You see it in his friendly demeanor.
