Mollyana Ward has been an area resident since 2007. She and her late husband of 25 years raised their three sons in the North Tampa Bay area. As a REALTOR ®, Mollyana leads one of Pasco and Tampa Bay’s premier Real Estate teams, The Innovation Group powered by LPT Realty! The Innovation Group is located inside of RAW Space Collaborative, Wesley Chapel’s First CoWork Space, and Mollyana’s recent business venture. RAW serves as a hub in the community, bringing people and passions together, creating amazing synergy and collaboration! 

With a tenacity to protect her clients' interests, savvy negotiation skills, cutting-edge technology and marketing efforts, adept contract knowledge, and uncompromising integrity, Mollyana leads her team in this flourishing Florida Real Estate Market. Prior to beginning a career in Real Estate in 2013, Mollyana homeschooled their three sons for ten years out of their total education. Now remarried and a "Gi-gi" of three, she devotes much of her time giving back to the community. She has served on GTR’s Governmental Affairs and RPAC committees, as Chairwoman for the Women of Wesley Chapel (WOW), on the advisory panel for Congressman Bilirakis, as a Director on the Florida Association of Realtors. She has been a Sterling R Major Investor in RPAC since 2017 and is now as Chairman for the Central Pasco Chapter of the Pinellas Realtor Organization.
