Over the years I have amassed a large following of clients by virtue of my owning of seven restaurants in New York and Florida. I have worked with numerous contractors and have found the best of the lot in terms of quality of work and turn around time. I have used my contacts for my clients who are investors and have flipped their properties in a short time. My evaluating of properties depends more than ever on my professional expertise and competence, my best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the valuation assignment from all pertinent perspectives. I am knowledgeable and educated about how BPOs and REOs work, as well as the risks involved. My education not only adds value to my services provided, but also it adds value to the clients in reaching the highest and best offering on their properties. I graduated from college with a BS Degree in Exceptional Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. With this I have always been meticulous in my approach to detail in everything I do and have continued to do so in all my real estate dealings.
