This set the foundation for what would become a very successful entrepreneurial career in the U.S. following her relocation here in 1998, which included being an owner/operator of a Ramada Motel on Clearwater Beach and 3 very successful McDonald’s franchises in Ocala. Having gained valuable firsthand experience by successfully buying, selling, and managing personal and investment properties in Pinellas, real estate has been part of Petra’s DNA since long before she obtained her agent’s license.
