Originally from the UK, and arriving in Florida in 1996 via a 15 year tour through Canada, I have a great appreciation for all the beauty and amenities the Tampa Bay area has to offer, and I am enthusiastic about sharing it with others! I am grateful for no more northern winters and love the many benefits of this salty, sandy Florida life. As a small business owner for 19 years in the Health & Wellness industry, I have found that for me, success is defined through my ability to help others achieve their goals in a joyful, healthy way without undue stress. I find it extremely rewarding to use my skill and experience to help my clients negotiate and achieve their real estate goals through purchasing, selling, or investing in real estate -- and to help them continue achieving their goals over time, even as their real estate needs change or grow.
