Ray Kooser’s real estate career started 20 years ago in Ft Lauderdale working with buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial real estate. With Ray’s passion for the ocean and it’s surroundings he worked with waterfront properties, both residential and commercial with an expansion to the Florida Keys where he was successful in the development and management of marinas and waterfront venues along with assisting buyers of residential property. With Ray’s move to the Tampa area and Pascoe County, this gives Realty Center International and Ray the opportunity to provide a broader market for our clients that may be looking for property in our west coast market but also in the South Florida market of the Florida Keys.
