Rebecca Malowany, a Tampa Bay native, has worked in the real estate industry since 2004. Prior to joining Smith & Associates Real Estate, Rebecca worked for the luxury boutique firm Select Properties of Virginia – Christie’s Great Estates, where she was honored as one of the company’s leading agents. Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the Florida State University and her Master’s Degree from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. Rebecca has lived and worked in many cities across the United States and around the world. Rebecca specializes in the sale of luxury homes, waterfront property, historic estates, land development, and investment property. Additionally, Rebecca is experienced in representing the interests of international buyers looking for investment or relocation opportunities in the United States. Rebecca has represented the real estate interests of CEOs, professional athletes, notable musicians, television personalities, and many others from around the globe. Rebecca holds the record for the highest-priced sale of an off-water property, in southern Pinellas County. Rebecca is active in a multitude of cultural, charitable, and social organizations in the Tampa Bay Area.
