Bob Kennedy has been involved in real estate and investing most of his life. He grew up in the family real estate business helping manage properties and build and renovate homes. He was first licensed in Florida as a sales associate in 2002; became a broker is 2004; and became a real estate instructor in 2005. He has run real estate offices with up to 25 agents and mortgage offices with up to 70 loan originators. He owned his own real estate brokerage, real estate referral company, and mortgage company. He has managed student housing for over 1000 students, apartment complexes with up to 550 units, and up to 25 single family homes. He has spent the last few years managing organizations, fundraising, recruiting, and training and developing specialized workforces. He is a former COO of a Florida University Foundation and is currently a teacher, Realtor®, consultant, and nature & travel photographer. When he is not in the classroom, he spends time traveling, volunteering, developing training programs, and coaching individuals that feel they are “stuck” in their career. Bob has a Master’s (MA) and Education Specialist (EdS) degrees in Higher Education Administration (think MBA for universities) from the University of Iowa and nearly completed his Doctorate (PhD) in Adult Education from the University of Missouri. Bob continues his education taking classes and workshops on a variety of topics and is currently working on becoming a Licensed Unity Teacher through Unity Worldwide Ministries.
