Sandy hails from a legacy real estate family and lives and breathes anything real estate related. She has lived in Florida all her life and currently specializes in residential homes and condos on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Experience includes: sales and management for multi-family and 55+ complexes, single family rental management and sales, real estate as an investment vector, commercial land development, Class A, B and industrial property management, tenant representation, tenant build-out coordinator, mortgage broker, international distributor, graphic designer, photographer and, to round it out nicely, bartender and mobile DJ. Sandy is an avid beach volleyball player, reads voraciously, loves to garden (although not with a great deal of success), demonstrates very little talent in the kitchen and parents with fluent sarcasm (with a great deal of success).
