Sandra Ceballos started a new career after years of working as an executive in the home building industry.  The recession brought a layoff in 2008 and soon she found herself working in the Senior Living Industry which led her to open a Senior Move Management company.  Soon after, her customers would begin to ask her to coordinate all facets of their transition including the sale of their home and so to meet the request and the needs of her senior customers, she obtained her Real Estate license and designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and has been offering full service from beginning to end for over 8 years.

Although she works with individuals of all ages, as a senior advocate Sandra does everything she can, to protect the rights and dignity of those experiencing health and aging challenges and is well regarded within the community. Sandra and her team have received several awards for the level of customer service, care and dedication they provide.  While the Silver Roots team focuses on the seniors transitioning; Sandra focuses on the Real Estate side of business. Whether someone is transitioning a parent, has lost a loved one and needs to sell the family home, is looking to purchase a new home, or relocating to or from our area, they can count on Sandra’s negotiating experience, strategic planning, and comprehensive approach, to successfully assist them in making their new home goals a reality. Sandra is also bilingual in the Spanish language.
