Shawntavia Turner is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Real Estate Instructor, Mortgage Broker, Developer, and Managing owner of Turnkey Real Estate Brokerage. She has 12 years of combined real estate brokerage and business management experience. As a native of Florida, she offers regional expertise in many real estate fields from sales and leasing to asset management and training.  While pursuing her B.A.S. in Business Management, she has obtained degrees in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship with a focus in Project Management. She is familiar and experienced with the development of residential construction. Turner’s experience includes contractual writing and analyzing sales contracts and leases in business brokering, commercial and residential real estate. Turner has a firm grasp on all the variables that support real estate transactions form HUD down payment assistance programs to mortgage lending. Her practices include preparing, tracking and establishing cost saving measures to ensure budgets are on track to maximize property’s NOI, reconciling monthly financial reports for all properties in client’s portfolio, managing all scale property improvements, managing operating expenses, and portfolio management of residential, retail, office, school, and land spaces. Shawntavia serves on the board for the Citizen’s Advisory Committee in St. Petersburg, Fl for the CRA and is passionate about affordable housing and homeownership.
