Stephanie Johns was raised in the Tampa Bay Area. From Computer Consultant to property management and now real-estate agent, she has the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes. Over 20 years running successful businesses and developing properties together, Stephanie’s family taught her the value of commitment, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. While starring in TV dance productions with her dance team and attending USF, Stephanie started her Computer Consulting company, selling & planning services for clients. When they bought their first home, a desire grew into passion for home improvement projects. This passion led her entrepreneurial spirit to form her own property management company, which inspired her to become a real estate agent. Following her core values, Stephanie has built a reputation for outstanding service helping buyers and sellers in the surrounding Tampa Bay Area. She is a member of the International Council, NAR, and PRO organizations.
