With an industry career spanning more than three decades in real estate sales and operations, Lena White is a Managing Broker for Douglas Elliman and Senior Regional Director for Florida – West Coast.

Lena fosters the brand’s strategy to drive agent development and success. Additionally, her directives include executing the company’s expansion strategy to further develop Douglas Elliman on the west coast of the state through recruiting, mergers, and acquisitions.

After first entering the real estate sales field in 1990, Lena's sales career quickly developed a focus in corporate relocation sales. This opened the door for her transition from sales to operations as Relocation Manager with NRT/Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate when her family moved to Sarasota, Florida. Her growth and tenure with the company led to additional placements including International and Luxury Markets Manager, liaison for the company's non-profit foundation, and ultimately as the Florida Statewide Marketing Manager for the residential and Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT companies.  Moving to Naples, Florida in 2013 to join Premier Sotheby's International Real Estate as the Vice President of Marketing, Lena then became Chief Operating Officer in 2015.  

Lena currently oversees growth on the west coast of Florida for Douglas Elliman as Senior Regional Director and Managing Broker of the Naples office.

Lena has been a resident on the Gulf Coast of Florida for more than 25 years since a move from her native roots in West Virginia. She is a licensed real estate broker and holds the designation of Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRL). She has served in various capacities on several industry state and local boards and associations and is pleased to call Florida home.
