I have spent over 30 years in Tampa Bay and there is no better place to be. If you are new to Tampa Bay it would be my honor to show you around. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BA in Mass Communications, and husband to my amazing wife Tracey for over 14 years we are avid CrossFitters and you can find us each morning at 6 am at CrossFit Westchase with our CrossFit Family we would love for you to join us! On Saturday we like to take advantage of Tampa’s Upper Tampabay Bay Trail running or riding our bikes around Westchase.
