Ms. Pattishall has been investing in residential and commercial property since 1970. She was a partner in Pattishall Investments, LLC, a commercial property investment firm with an equipment leasing division from 1972-1999. Her managing background includes apartment buildings, commercial strip centers and commercial buildings. During this time she raised a family of three children. Ms. Pattishall co founded Sandcastle Investments, LLC, an investment firm with a portfolio of commercial office buildings and multifamily properties. 1997 - 2004. Also, in 1997 Ms. Pattishall co founded Sun International Realty, Inc. A full service real estate brokerage located in Madeira Beach, Florida. In August of 2004 Sun International was changed to Vicinity Realty Services, Inc. and opened an office in South Tampa and in 2009 acquired a third office in Riverview. Along the way Ms. Pattishall acquired her Real Estate Broker's license and Community Association Manager's license, with designations in Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) e-Pro, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist-Million Dollar Guild and Professional Property Management Certificate (PPMC). She is a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Other affiliations include National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Organization and My Florida Regional MLS. She is now the license partner and a broker with Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach and Engel & Völkers South Tampa.
