Donnell Weaver is the owner and principal broker at Weaver Real Estate Inc. With almost 10 years in the real estate industry throughout the Central Florida area, Donnell specializes in new construction and investment real estate. He also is passionate about helping first time home buyers overcome their fears of becoming a homeowner. He has a network of lenders that he works closely with to ensure that his clients have access to all their financial needs. When Donnell is not working as a broker, he enjoys coaching little league football which allows him to give back to his community. Donnell decided to create his own brokerage with the intention of mentoring and growing with other like-minded real estate agents. He is passionate about educating his clients about all the traditional and non traditional ways that they can be involved in real estate. Donnell prides himself on being a broker that will go the extra mile to ensure that all his client's needs are met.
