PSA is a certification conveyed to qualified professionals with skills in adequate property pricing, creating CMA's, identifying appropriate comparable properties, and working with appraisers to advise clients about property price values.


• Real Estate Negotiation Expert   /  RENE

The Real Estate Negotiation Expert is a Certification for Realtors® is the first and only negotiation credential recognized by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). It is designed to elevate and enhance negotiation skills, leveraging options and alternatives to help clients have the best possible choices to consider when they are presented.


• Seller Representative Specialist   /   SRS

The Seller Representative Specialist is a designation, it gives Realtors® the prime credential to efficiently represent sellers in today's market. Agents with SRS demonstrate their ability to list properties by applying tools and techniques that support and service the seller's best interest.


• Home Finance Resource Certification / HFR  

This certification gave me the tools to help buyers understand the loan process starting from the pre-qualification letter to the pre-approval stage to loan funding. Addressing issues such as lower scores, first-time homebuyer’s assistance, documentation, different types of mortgages, different types of lenders, and alternative financing options.


• Graduate REALTOR® Institute   /   GRI

This is an extensive course that sets REALTORS® apart from Real Estate Licensees. The courses cover the Professional Standards Code of Ethics, Law, Fair Housing and Diversity, Market knowledge, Business Skills, Systems and tools using records software platforms, risk management, and agency, amount other subjects.


• Military Relocation Professional  /  MRP

The Military Relocation Professional is a Certification given to Realtors® who want to work with U.S. Military Service members or Veterans and their families. Agents who earned the MRP Certification are best suited to understand the U.S. service member's benefits and help them and their families find homes and housing solutions.


  • C2EX Endorsement  

The C2EX is an endorsement by NAR® given to Realtors® for their Commitment to Excellence and dedication to practicing Real Estate at the highest professional standards.
