Originating from Australia, Felicia has over 15 years experience in the both general real estate and development sales representing some of the most prominent developers in South Florida. After 12 years in Miami Beach, Felicia relocated to St Petersburg in 2020 to take on the role of Director of Sales for Saltaire, a luxury new construction high rise in Downtown St Pete. Felicia's most notable achievements include the covenanted Platinum Circle Top Producer Award and involvement in billions of dollars of real estate transactions over her career. Felicia is an avid runner and loves the vibrant lifestyle that Downtown St Pete offers including the new Pier District, St Pete waterfront parks and restaurants.
