Worked as an active R.E. agent from 1984 to 1987 at which time I changed my R.E. specialty to R.E. Appraising starting out at a subsidiary of Florida Federal Bank. In 1988 I earned my R.E. Brokers Lic. I then went on to earn my certification as a residential appraiser (then one of only a couple hundred in the State). (All lic. and certifications are currently active and have remained so since receiving them.) Since 1987 I have been working non-stop as a full time R.E. Appraiser. In 1990 I formed Accurate R.E. Appraisals which later was incorporated as Accurate R.E. Appraisals of Tampa Bay Inc. of which I am the President and chief appraiser. As of this biography update, I have 35 years as a full time professional in the R.E. Industry.
