I was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, USA. After graduating college in 1986, I decided to relocate to Clearwater, Florida USA to seek opportunity that, at the time, lacked in my hometown. I packed up my hand me down Chevy Monte Carlo ( turtle carrier on top and all) and drove myself to Florida. I immediately found employment as a claim adjuster. After 10 years in the insurance industry, I mustered up the courage to fulfill my dream of becoming an entrepreneur in the Real Estate Industry.
