During this tine he has worn a variety of hat, including: Sales Associate, Office Manager, General Manager for a TOP 10 Coldwell Banker Franchise, Director of Education, V.P. of Sales for a TOP 50 ERA Franchise, & Regional President for a TOP 10 Berkshire Hathaway Franchise. Currently, Lloyd is BROKER, Director of Real Estate Operations & Director of Career Development for RMS Elite Properties headquartered in St. Petersburg. Lloyd has earned his GRI, CRS & CRB Designations and is a licensed Broker in both Pennsylvania and Florida. With a background in education, Lloyd was a Senior Instructor for the Pennsylvania REALTORS Institute, has instructed for and consulted numerous REALTOR Organizations and Real Estate Companies, and has spoken to both Agents & Managers at various Franchise Conventions across the country.
