Hello welcome to my page. I am a naturalized American, born in the United Kingdom and moved to Florida in 1999 after owning vacation property here since the 1990s. Our family has grown up in Pinellas County and travelled extensively over Florida, so we feel more like natives than expats. I work closely with my neighbors selling residential property and with out of town, out of state buyers who relocate, which is my specialty. Also my knowledge of the market on both sides of 'the pond' helps buyers enormously overcome pitfalls and situations they may be unaware of when buying in another country, added to this I hold the CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) I am also an Accredited Buyers Representative, having taken special training and passed the exam for that designation. Along with my long term membership of the National Association of Realtors, I know you will find my services second to none when buying or selling Real Estate.
