Yvonne Goldman, a second generation Floridian growing up in Pinellas County was very involved in the beach and equestrian lifestyle. Having an affinity for my hometown and the community led me to become a Realtor in 2008. While marketing real estate, I saw a large demand for revitalizing commercial and residential properties to make my community a better place. I consider myself a strategic property marketing sales consultant and property manager, not just a Realtor. My specialized fields are revitalizing commercial properties to increase profits and/or to maximize the property’s value for a potential sale and senior transition living. Having experience in restructuring and managing projects such as a motel, mobile home parks and residential properties, my clients have been very pleased with the results of my projects. My extensive experience representing both sellers and buyers allows me to educate my clients on the real estate market and sales process resulting in highly satisfied clients. Dedicated to assessing my clients’ needs gives me the information necessary to strategize a plan to accomplish their goals. Knowledge and exceptional communication skills enables me to work with employees, contractors, inspectors, lenders, appraisers, title companies and local/county/state agencies ensuring that my projects are completed in a timely manner. With the large increase in our senior population in Pinellas County, I became aware of the need for assistance with senior transition living. Subsequently I have received the SRES designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist.
