This is a 3 hour CE credited course that teaches the basic principles, uses and marketing of 1031 real estate exchanges. Participants will learn the six basic principles of the 1031 exchange and how to recognize opportunities for their clients to use 1031 exchanges. They also learn how to expand their business using their new knowledge of 1031 real estate exchanges. Instructor
Dave Foster has worked throughout the United States in a wide variety of investment real estate markets. A degreed accountant with a Masters in Management, he has taught numerous certified continuing education classes on basic and advanced 1031 strategies at local REALTOR® Associations throughout the country and is a frequent guest of real estate brokerage firms looking to train their agents to strategically use 1031 exchanges to benefit their business and their client’s bottom line.
Florida licensees will earn 3 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
