At Home with Diversity (AHWD) Certification (7CE)

Description
This course meets the core education requirements to earn the At Home With Diversity Certification. There are additional requirements and fees associated with earning and retaining the certification. Click here for more information, including benefits, about AHWD.
During his real estate career Gonzalo, has successfully completed transactions with customers from several Latin American countries, Europe and Asia. He enjoys real estate and sharing his experiences with fellow Realtors. He also believes that having fun makes the process more enjoyable for everybody.
Gonzalo has 20 years of experience as an instructor. Topics he has taught include real estate, math and physics, Spanish as a second language, technology and fitness. He has been a guest speaker at different REALTOR® events to present about cultural diversity. Mejia also volunteers at the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors teaching Ethics, Fair Housing and Anti-trust at the monthly new member
orientation.
Florida licensees will earn 7 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion. All REALTOR® attendees will receive credit towards NAR's AHWD Certification.
