This course is brought to you by the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization & Central Pasco REALTOR® Organization in collaboration with Greater Tampa REALTORS®, REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS®.

This course provides the tools and concepts real estate professionals need to serve clients and customers in the global real estate market.  You will learn how identify important laws, cultural norms, and geographic factors of various European markets that will help you facilitate successful real estate transactions. You will also assess opportunities in European real estate markets by understanding the history of specific regions, investment patterns, and trends in real estate activity. Finally, you will learn ways to gain additional information and develop a professional network to enhance an international real estate business with European clients and properties.

Global Consultants in 2010. Both CIPS, RSPS, AHWD, ABR, & SRES instructors, the duo have presented at seminars and associations all over the world. In addition to teaching their CIPS classes, they have developed courses geared to students who work with foreign buyers and sellers.  They are licensed educators in Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

They have presented at the National Association of Realtors, Prudential and Coldwell Banker national and international conventions, as well as A Place in the Sun in England, OPP Live in London, SIMA in Madrid, American Chamber of Commerce in Panama City, Panama, and various seminars across Asia, the Caribbean and Canada.

Carla and Pat are active real estate agents who focus on international.  Their passion for their field shows in their presentations.

The duo has both shared as chairs of the Sarasota Association of Realtors global council.  They are responsible for initiating the association’s annual international congress and were awarded the President’s Award for their commitment.  Carla was also awarded Realtor of the Year and the President’s Award.

Carla and Pat both serve on Florida Realtors and NAR committees. Carla is the NAR’s Global Coordinator for North America/Central America/Caribbean and also the former President’s Liaison to Panama. She also serves as the Vice President for FIABCI USA and is a board member of NAHREP Sarasota. Pat is the past President’s Liaison to the United Kingdom for NAR and is a member of the AIPP in the UK.

Each course is approved for 6 hours of Specialty CE Credit for Florida Licensees  upon successful course completion. All REALTOR® attendees will receive credit towards NAR's CIPS Designation.
