Description

Dealing with issues in the real estate transaction can be challenging! Deals die in many ways that are not directly caused by you. How do we set ourselves and our customers up to not have this happen to us? In this class we look at issues specifically with title, appraisal, inspection, mortgage, & other agents that cause deals to die. Agents will learn the tricks to minimize the number of deals you lose when one of these other folks screws your deal up. We teach you how to recover and close deals you already have that would otherwise die. The immediate result is more closed deals and happier customers.
